Thank you for choosing Azin and MelanAid Alkaline Farmacy. We take great care in preparing and packaging our herbal powders and other perishable items to ensure they reach you in the best condition.

Because our products are consumable and perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been shipped or picked up.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at melanaid.mix@gmail.com with your order information and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
